Water felt great and really did seem clean. The bottom of the pond/pool was small gravel... much better than mucky mud!

Looks like a great place! We have had problems with our battery draining quickly when dry camping. Can you tell me what battery you use in your camper? Ours is about the same size as yours. Thanks! So glad to see y’all posting again!

We have 2 12v 100Ah Lithium Renogy batteries. Before we switched to Lithium we had issues with our battery bank voltage dropping quickly and making it unusable even if the state of charge was over 75%. With the Lithium batteries we've been fine down to 20%. Hope that helps! -B

Wow... When I was a kid, this was nothing but a big mud hole surrounded by barbed wire. Way to hot to touch.

You guys are so cool for doing what you do. Now I finally met someone that will want to do this with me! Only live once right? So I know you probably mentioned this but if you dont mind me asking, how do you make an income? Im a HVAC Service technician so I can get work anywhere but carrying tools may be a problem. However my girlfriend is an architect so I'm hoping she can work remotely. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

Wonderful! Brad works full time as a web developer but there are so many jobs that we’ve heard of people doing remotely. Xscapers is a great group to join for finding more travelers and probably other people in your field that could help point you in some good directions. They have a Facebook page and a website. Congrats and best of luck. This lifestyle is full of ups and downs but the good far outweighs the bad. Happy travels!
