I have seen Crystal in concert 3 times. Her Christmas concerts are something to behold. I was front row center, in Wabash, Indiana and at our Fire Fly Festival and it was like watching a beautiful, fairytale princess, on stage singing. Besides her beauty, elegance, and, grace, I can only think of one word to describe it all…CLASS! I Love you, Crystal! From an Indiana farm boy, I say: Thank you! ❤❤❤

I remember seeing Crystal at the MGM in Las Vegas around 1981 and she came out singing this song first. I loved the song before then and it was a great song to start her concert. I still remember her standing there in a beautiful white dress and she was shy--such a beautiful woman inside and outside.

We saw Ms Gayle at the Orange County Fair Yrs Ago. My husband was standing in line to get a soda & much to his surpsie, Ms Gayle was infront of him. He said her hair was up on her head so no one knew her. Within a minute, a lady came running up to her, asked for her autograph. That started a "frenzie". She was so "gracious" to everyone, but within a few minutes, Security came in & "Shielded" Her from Her "Adoring" Fans!! My Husband could not get over Her Beauty.

I was obsessed with crystal back in the eighties.. I just loved everything about her. She? Actually appeared in concert in my Hometown and I went to the concert and this luck would have.It was able to meet her and shake her hand.. She was very kind and very sweet. Of course she was beautiful. That seems like a lifetime ago. I guess it was. But there was a time when she was everything and everywhere.

True story. She's pure class and sweetness. I could not find a CD of hers in stores or other places online. It had 2 songs I loved Faultline and the sound of goodbye. I guess it was on her private label at that point. I found it at her Crystal store in the Nashville Mall ( ? ). I sent the money order for it but never got it. I waited a few months and then emailed them to ask her office staff what up? It coulda easily been the post office's fault it has sucked for a long time. On my word alone, SHE HERSELF wrote me back and apologized fervently and then she sent me one! Omgosh. I wanted to cry. LOL I got the money order back! It was the mail's fault. I sent it Back to her ( with a little note explaining what happened ) I did not want to cost her any money that was only right to pay for the wonderful thing! Sweet lady.

we do not hear much of Crystal over in the uk.Its time for change.we need a singer like her to show the tv talent show wanabees how it should be done.COME on radio stations in the uk get Crystals songs on and not just the two that you play from time to time.America is very lucky to have Crystal Gayle doing shows,wished I lived in Nashville.Crystal was part of my life from my mid 20s on and all the boys were in love with her.and I know we still are,what a lady.Crystals songs really helped me a few times and gave me a lift when my blue eyes were really blue.and now she has done it again,didnt know all this material was available.Thankyou Crystal, brilliant.
