'the circle' of course refers to the infinite loop of a band releasing a song and Nik immediately covering it. A circular musical arms race if you will of metal bands constantly trying to release songs quicker than Nik can learn them. Needless to say Nik is ahead, the dudes a machine, and Crystal Lake released the song to explain this and as a tribute to Niks eternal advantage. Bravo sir~
