Sending healing vibes to you and your gums. I’ve had a molar pulled within the last few years, and I never want to experience that again! Make sure you watch for excessive bleeding. If I were you, I’d ask the doctor to give you some chlorhexadine mouth wash to prevent any opportunistic infections from starting while your gums are healing. This happened to me. I had to take antibiotics too. ❤️

I was told once never to take aspirin and similar medicines before any surgery, because it increases the bleeding (I guess it improves circulation...). Anyway, I have noticed that whenever I take aspirin (it's otherwise my favourite med- the birch tree bark :) So whenever I take it few days before my period, there's an extensive bleedind 🤷🏻🍎❣️

Your videos and energy are too good and too strong. I have to come back and remember to like in the morning after falling asleep to you every night for almost a year. I can’t sleep through the night unless I fall asleep to your reiki. You’ve been the only cure for my lifelong insomnia since elementary age!!!!!

This was spectacular….when you pointed your flat hand towards the camera I actually got chills and tingles throughout my entire body. Now I enjoy watching ASMR and I have never gotten tingles… But I felt everything as you were talking and pointing towards the camera… AMAZING ❤️

Last may I had to have my teeth removed too. It was rough for a few days but I am so glad I did. Was tired of constant abscesses and pain. If you are getting a denture, the top is the one to get. So much easier to deal with than the bottom one. I hope you are feeling some better at least. Keep hydrated and don’t smoke! Dry socket is hellish. Hopefully you’re past that now. All the best. Take care of yourself. 💜

@@Reikidreams911 also increase your protein intake as well as a vitamin C supplement. Vit C helps build collagen which is important for gum rebuilding. Protein is important for any muscle and/or tissue repair. Hummus would be a good choice if you like it, just bc it’s going to be easy to consume vs anything you have to chew on too much. Eggs are also a good source of protein and easy to get down also. Just wanted to mention while I was thinking about it. 🤗
