Great summary. A very encouraging way of reminding beginners to slowly progress in a mindful way. Easy to get discouraged shortly after the most accelerated growth stage at the very start of this practice.

Agree. Some freedivers encouraged by the quick progression, let's say to 3+ min STA, and then they apply the same time frame in the attempt to reach 4+ min and experience LMC/BO. Same with the dynamic and depth
