How did you u added center aton on the 100 plane? I would be believe (100) plane is most likely a primitive cubic, thus, if we assume cubic. Do u mind explaining how u arrived at a BCC?

Are you referring to the image at 28:07? That center atom is not in the (1 0 0) plane for BCC. What you are viewing is what one would see if they were looking at the BCC unit cell from the side. You would see the center atom but it would not be at the same level as the (1 0 0) plane. Notice the planar density calculation does not include the center atom.
