Process:- ek systematic aur structured approach ya set of steps hota hai jo kisi specific goal ya objective ko achieve karne ke liye follow kiya jata hai. Yeh steps ya activities ek defined sequence mein perform kiye jate hain taki desired result ko attain kiya ja sake. Process ko samajhne ke liye, aap usse ek roadmap ya blueprint ke roop mein bhi soch sakte hain jo aapko kisi task ya project ke completion tak guide karta hai.

Cost management ek project management process hai jismein project ke financial resources ko plan, estimate, control, aur monitor kiya jata hai takay project ke budget ke andar reh sake. Yeh project ke har aspect ke liye cost estimate karta hai aur in estimates ko project ke lifecycle ke dauran track karta hai. Yeh cost management ke phases hote hain: 1. **Cost Estimation**: Initial budget ko tay karna project ke liye, including resources, materials, aur labor costs ko estimate karna. 2. **Cost Budgeting**: Project ke liye estimated costs ko specific tasks aur activities ke liye allocate karna aur overall project budget tay karna. 3. **Cost Control**: Project ke dauran actual expenses ko monitor karna aur unhein estimated budget ke andar maintain karna. Agar kisi phase mein budget se zyada kharcha ho raha hai, toh corrective actions ko implement karna. 4. **Cost Tracking**: Project ke har phase mein actual expenses ko track karna aur budget variances ko identify karna. Yeh phases cost management ke sahi implementation ke liye zaroori hain aur inka istemal project ke financial health ko maintain karne mein madad karta hai.
