Sir SC/ST and other backward people on the basis of economics classification/ bhedbhav nhi kr skte kyuki Article 14 EQUILTY BEFORE LAW ka violation ho, for example 2 log hai dono backward class se belong krte hai but ek financially weak nhi hai or ek hai so agar bs dusre wala ko releif denge toh first wala bolega mujhe bhi do yeh discrimination hai ..... But if govt economic weaker backward logo ko jinki income ke basis pe applicability laye toh ho skta hai na aesa mujhe lgta hai... Me galat hu toh correct me sir please
