He simply lost a big chunk of interest, that's normal. I'm pretty sure he's still playing 1.6 whenever he feels like playing it. Imagine being skilled at a particular project, and just because you haven't uploaded any new videos of the project lately, or because you uploaded videos of other projects first, people start asking you why you quit the project. Or, you simply haven't been to a restaurant you used to frequent for three days, and the waiter calls to ask why you haven't been in lately. Why do people always assume that just because they haven't seen new videos uploaded, it means the player has stopped playing the game from that moment on? It's silly and ridiculous.
