I wouldn’t say Mirage is a map that should be removed and there’s always some good matches on Mirage plus I do kinda feel it’s balance... Valve wouldn’t or if not never remove cobble mainly for the fact how much of a cash cow that map is for them thanks to the cobble souvenir package... It’s likely to be nuke

I personally play decent on cobble, and would still remove it due to it's static playstyle... I find it quite boring to watch and also play. However if they revamp it a bit so that there is more room for dynamic playstyles I would love to see it. It's a good looking map after all

I don't like d2 in csgo that much. But I'd say they should remove cbble and put tuscan in(they should fix the copyright issues t, there are always ways!). They should also remove some sounds from overpass. I really like mirage and cache because they are simple maps with easy angles. Tuscan could be one of those too. As a 1.6 player I like that more than those complicated maps like cbble/overpass.

I'm on board with their opinions about cobblestone. But taking into account what will happen if they take it out, the one major change would be the cobble souvenir pack which contains the dlore. It would limit the amount of ways to get the skin, alongside the new skin cooldown.

Chris Brown i think you misunderstood what I'm trying to say. Of course, the objective of the typical competitive player is to be global elite, but if it is done without challenge then it isn't an achievement, hence why new maps with new tactics and current maps with strange and difficult tactics are better. There is no fun in winning every single game, especially when it's by a considerable margin.

How about this map pool: Overpass (remove train noises, etc), Mirage (balanced map), Inferno (balanced map), Subzero (I personally think this map has potential), Tuscan (old map, would be good to bring it in for newer players to experience), then the last 2 could be split between Cobble, Train, or Cache, all of which I think could use tweaking. I personally don't like Train, feels a lot like Cobblestone in terms of limited CT side aggression and easily blocked off choke points.
