+NickRand47 Playing an invisible tiny piano, for good luck I presume. (Spoilers) And judging by how this map went.. he should probably never do that again! Or at the very least he was playing the wrong song.

never understood why people enjoy watching fps games. The commentators dont really add anything to the game and its extremely hard to know what's going in the head of each player. The commentators literally end up just describing what the players are doing. The insight into the plays are mininal.

+popnfreshz Do you play cs? If you do then everything make more sense, otherwise its not as fun to listen to.
@popnfreshz9 жыл бұрын
+22Weijin i do play cs. im ranked supreme/global in aus. As a commentator, you cant really predict what the players are going to do. The game is too fast for that. If he buys a deagle first round, you cant say 'ohh that's a strat where hes going to buy an an awp 5th round and hold down nana (or something)'. As a commentator, you're basically limited to describing what happens as it happens. Its very difficult to get into the mind of the players. At the end of the day, i could basically just watch the game and be able to get the same info without commentary. Take sc2 for example, commentators read a hell of a lot into plays there so its actually interesting and adds something. In cs? No. Just watch the game and you'll be on the same level as the commentators

If you're so highly ranked, you should be able to pick up on why some guys do what they do. Watching these for less than a month, not even watching the video yet, I can almost guarantee at LEAST one team the majority of the members bought a better pistol and grenade, or went with armor and grenade...and a lot more goes on through the match, but I won't spoil it...it actually fun to figure it out for yourself!

Well yeah. I know what they're going to do when they do most stuff (obviously theyre a lot better than me so there might be some other metas that im missing). But most stuff yeah. Which is why anything the commentators add is pretty much useless. But as I said before, the commentators literally describe what the players are doing. There's not a whole lot you can read off what the players are doing and if there is, it's generally pretty obvious. I just don't find watching cs games very entertaining unless people are being complete randoms and winning
