How is it resolved yet I have not received my cash back for double payment of different passport booklet . I applied for 66 pages and they said the machine/booklets for 66pages were not available and therefore I had to cancel and re apply for 35 pages passport. I made the payment through the same government pay bill number via m-pesa and I was informed I will recieve notification on how I will be re-embursed the previous payment. Upto date no communication? Who is the cartel there and wat action taken against those involved

if somebody spent lots of money to acquire a passport then this person is busy with this passport and wants to know use as soon as possible. how can the immigration fool Kenyans that applicants who sacrificed their money to acquire passports now fail to collect the passport they were in dire need of? how can we have 87000 passports staying uncollected at nyayo house yet their owners need those passports to travel? who is fooling who here?
