finally someone with common sense, I'm getting sick of all these people still claiming valve is just collecting info for the AI 🤡. Not patching or detecting no spread after 4+ months is a new low even for valve tho

they willingly introduced it themselves too, spread was calculated server side in the beginning but they actually moved it to the client again

​@@Linda-probably it looks better because the bullet shooting lines of you're client actually are where the shoot goes I think in cs1 you hit a target with spread and it didn't register because the client bullet trail shooting line wasn't hitting the player

Wouldn't actually matter because cheater win anyway and allowing no spread isn't changing much, legiets still lose and have no fun, they won't fix that probably, they will just ban cheater manually or use they're ai thing idk the no spread isn't a big deal though because it isn't changing anything in the gameplay for legiets that will still lose and hvh will also be same with this advantage, wouldn't actually be neccisary to do so

If you guys really want a game free of cheaters, what you have to do is very simple: 1) stop buying lootboxes and keys 2) uninstall and do not touch the game (decrease the player base) 3) stop using the steam market The only way for companies to make an effort is to attack their source of income, by the time they realize that the game is no longer profitable and at least 80% of the player base went somewhere else, all the current problems of cs2 will be fixed in a period of 2-4 months Valve has plenty of resources, they just don't want to spend them

This is the only solution, but people are too addicted to getting shot through the wall or they just love wasting money on cases. Or they pay to play on Faceit. Imagine having to pay so you don't get rage hacked every other game.

I never thought the CS franchise would have the same problem as the scale of TF2's cheating problem. But hear me out guys, Valve is making some random shit in VR, so everything else doesnt matter, right?

The issue with AI ACs and especially on the serverside for Valve is giving the model the wrong/few inputs. For example, a Minecraft Anticheat called Polar uses AI in order to detect "Kill Aura" which is a way better randomized aim assist than cs2 cheats (as they are very basic on the serverside even "legit" ones) and it currently detects all KillAuras within minutes (this anticheat is used on servers with more than 20k players concurrently and is trusted). If even a Minecraft Anticheat can surpass trillions Valve invested, this has to be a skill issue.

There is no way to check if the speed of a user is greater than the maximum allowed speed while running? There is no way to check if the line of sight is valid when shooting at players through walls multiple times in a match? There is no way to check the reaction time of a user multiple times? Used bullets? Missing rate? There are so many ways these people can be automatically banned.....but hey, we released a new CASE! Go get it while it's hot!

This game is dead. I love cs2, but they give 0 content. They dont ban cheaters, they even had an exploit that allows players to have wallhacks without any third party software. This game is a middle finger to its audience. Its been over half a year and its still season 1. I give cs2 time until its first birthday, until then I keep playing faceit. If nothing changes, I quit. Im low elo 10k and even there every second to third game there are at least some wallhackers or even rage hackers. How is possible that rage hackers with spinbots that shoot a negev empty in 1 second dont get banned?

Those numbers are inflated because valve forces the stream to play when you open cs2. They've always done this to boost numbers. They do 0 advertising or pushing majors. The major coin is literally the same coin from csgo that has been used for 5 years now.
