easy way to do it is to walk into the box and press both crouch and jump at the same time while holding it.

alias +duckjump "+jump; +duck"; alias -duckjump "-jump; -duck"; bind "space" "+duckjump" if you dont want on space you can just change hotkay . its so eazy bind and it works all time just klick space and after jump on top after you can unklick space then

If you notice I crouch before I jump and i am pressing w all the time. croucing at the end is optional
