No dear student it's right But may be misunderstanding Concept is In bubble sort, Number of swaps required = Number of inversion pairs. When an array is sorted in descending order, the number of inversion pairs = n(n-1)/2 which is maximum for any permutation of array

@@World_of_Education Kindly re-watch the video at 8:40 and you'll realize it. You said that both x and y are equal and both equal to temp, which is not the case. First we store value of x to temp, then we store value of y to x. And finally the value of temp (older value of x) to y. In this way, we have exchanged the values of x and y. Temp is only used as a container for swapping. We are not checking if x and y are equal or not in all this process.
