Is this gun classified as an “assault weapon” in the USA? I’ve been to almost all of my state’s gun stores and I’ve never seen this gun for sale in any of them.

The US version won't have a stock and is considered a pistol in many states.

Most gun stores in the U.S carry very basic or just hyper popular guns Ive only ever seen Skorpions for sale at gunshows, and or on websites in stores far away from me

Are you aware that you can de-register those? Step1: Procure a barrel that brings the gun to NR length requirements (18.5" barrel length and 26" overall length with the stock folded) Step2: install the barrel Step3: find an RCMP approved verifier to fill out the required form. this cost me about 50 dollars for the service. dont forget to call for your att Step4: harrass the CFO until someone tells you the gun is no longer restricted. they will not send you any confirmation letter or anything like that. the gun will still be on your file but you will still be able to take the gun inna woods legally and you may sell the gun legally without telling the RCMP until C-71 fully comes into effect. you can do this for any restricted gun that is not restricted by name or classified as a pistol. if the gun has a shoulder stock like the one in the video then it is not classified as a pistol DEREGISTER ALL SUCH GUNS AND HAVE FUN INNAWOODS!!!!!

Very true and a good idea, however the .32acp round may not have enough power to effectively cycle the action after propelling the bullet through the insanely long barrel. There are .380acp versions with long barrels that cycle, but the bolt return springs may need to be adjusted.

@@freedomfirearmscanada Really? I would have thought the increased dwell time from the longer barrel would help the cycling reliability. wish i had one of those so i could take a closer look

@@brianfriberg4917 there is a 22lr version of this gun. could simply pin the stock and would only have to add enough barrel to meet the 26" overall requirement. im hoping to do that eventually. plus the mags for the 22lr version are techincally rifle mags so full 25 round capacity.

How did you attach the stock?

Why are the magazines pinned at 5 if it's a restricted weapon
@freedomfirearmscanada2 жыл бұрын
It's a restricted rifle and all semi-auto centerfire rifle magazines must be pinned to 5 in Canada.

@@freedomfirearmscanada restricted weapons almost always have I limit of 10. (I am from Canada) do the mags only come pinned at 5? Or are ther any pinned at 10

@@potatodonut8185 all pistol magazines (magazines deemed to be designed for a pistol regardless of what it may fit or caliber is to be limited at 10 rounds of that caliber, magazines determined to be made for a centerfire semi auto rifle regardless of what it may fit is to be limited at 5 rounds of that caliber, now if you have a rifle magazine made for a non semiautomatic that fits a semiautomatic the 5 round limit does not apply (unless the rcmp declares it to be dual purpose like when mossberg tried to sell 30 round magazines for there mvp )
