ECE is little bit tougher than CSE, but if you are interested you can go with it, else if have budget you can take buy a cse seat in top colleges, else you can try to take cse in normal colleges without donation(as you mentioned you are getting ece without donation, ask for cse in similar manner), else you can also take drop and prepare for mains or adv. It's completely your choice to go with.

Yeah, which ever is convenient and possible for you, you can go for that. After doing ece also you can shift to software jobs if you work hard, so you can proceed with your interest.

Both are equally good, but jntuh cutoff for EEE for oc boys is 6334, for ouce cutoff for EEE for oc boys is 7582, so jntuh is better in terms of cutoff.
