CSGO Hide & Seek but I Can Only See Sound

I invited my viewers to play a game of Hide and Seek in CSGO where I could only see sound! Everyone was completely invisible until they made a noise, then they'd flash visible for one second. Here's... what happened.

This reminds me of GhostMode in CrossFire, the CS clone!! That mode is SO good and I dearly miss it in CS. There you would turn invisible on standing still aswell, and only had melee weapons. If you ran, you became transparent, but visible. It was normal defuse mode otherwise, CT's had normal guns. 2 specialties tho: - you could backwards bunnyhop as a T to move while staying invisible, this would allow you to be much more aggressive and resposition if you were skilled enough - T's would constantly breathe very loudly, which is audible to the CT's. this way you could locate a camping T just by turning left to right, and notice when the switch from right to left ear happened, giving the CT's some much needed skillful counterplay to the T's movement and invisibility (mind you, there were pay2win options for a shovel/axe which were much stronger than the normal knife)

I really like this format, I feel like other maps and alterations of it would be great. Specifically I feel like backstabbing should remain one shot but normal knifing should be harder to kill you, that way there is always a threat for the stealthy one but a rush doesn't often pull through if that makes sense. With that in mind, maybe reward two hunter slots if two players attack you and one of the players gets an assist on you to reward guerilla warfare.

The becoming visible dynamic reminds me of the mode Team Sneak in Metal Gear Online. It was so much fun, attacking team was invis with a visible knife and only tranq pistol, if someone go hit everyone on the team goes visible until no damage is taken for 5 seconds. Goal was to capture the ducky and bring it back to base (basically CTF)

This is like a gamemode in Crossfire, it's called Ghost gamemode, it's just bomb defuse mode but the T is invisible and has knife only, they will become translucent like the predator cloak if they run, they don't go visible if they make sound like in this video, the T can use bunny hop to move while staying invis since it's technically not running, and CT meta is shotgun because it can covers a lot of space to scout for the blood splatter if you hit someone. Maybe you should try this game mode and see if it would be fun competitively in CS:GO.

Great vid. Would like to see more of this. Next time maybe add some prophunt rules to this. Like you lose HP if you shoot randomly without hitting any hiders. So that the seeker can't just shoot every spot and make the hiders visible every 15 seconds so they have to hide away from plain sight.
