sorry for the really late reply :D The hit to head is from season 4 episode 10 the scene from 2:04 is from season 4 final episode and the lab is destroyed in season 3 final episode (snow day)

Seriously why was this cancelled. By far the best of them all. Mac Taylor trully believable character. That other load of rubbish Miami that's so ridiculous and the lead actor is just god awfull.
