Sir, please check the Question ID - 701118 (salt effect of chemical kinetics) , same type of question came in CSIR-NET -2016 (Dec). I think the answer will be -6B

Please challange this question. In 2016 dec 135 no question ans is 12 B. In same way if we solve ans will be -6. Correct ans was not given. But form the exam day nobody is talking about this wrong question. 4 marks ka hay. Bohot logo ka jrf ls nikal sakta hain

i think same how triplet to triplet can be fluorescence there is the concept of time too ..... kasha's rule also state singlet to singlet (lowest energy state) is fluorescence
