Be(acac)2 is also an example of 5 membered complex... Besides they can show optical isomerism... Just like spiro compounds... Not only Nitrate, Sulphate, Carbonate, Carboxylate, any polydentate ligand can show flexidenticity but it all depends which metal is used and at what pH is used to do reaction. Check what is complexometric titration of Mg2+ and Ca2+ or one can use NTA (nitrolotriacetic acid)
