@@shomusbiologyofficial dear sir, it might be true that such scams are going on in some state on large scale than other states... but generalising such statement is like discrediting the hardwork and efforts of students who sincerely qualify exams. these scams require lots of money and could be afford by rich people. but major portion of students belong to poor section and bihar have such major number of qualifying students because they are more needy... they dont have much options due to lack of skills and resources, leading them to pursue such exams on large scale. even students of these states are suffering as well. also i want to clarify that generally i ignore such comments but since you are affirming it as well, i felt the need to speak. you are being followed by many people and being a representative, should try to avoid such discriminating statements.
