beautiful. i made a practice piece, but did not have dead soft for the weaving and it made a difference in stringing the middle bead. by the end the wire was so hardened it broke. by far the most difficult piece ive tried, simply due to all of the wire i had to keep track of. lots of patience required but very doable. trying to figure matching earings...unless you have? Thank you for the tutorial. Such a gift.

So pretty!! I love the color of copper so I prefer to not oxidize it. I want to try this but I don’t have great spatial skills to do the opposite but maybe if I keep rewatching it I’ll get it to “click” in my head. 💜

Gorgeous piece! As far as oxidation goes I don't have a preference. I do, however, like how oxidation can completely give you differing looks using the same weave or wrap pattern.....some days I like shinney and new, other days I like old and rustic lol. It depends on my mood......not to say I'm moody or anything lol

Kimberly Olson Thank you. Yeah that’s how I feel about it as well. I think there are certain pieces where it definitely lends itself well for oxidising for that reason 😃

I love your tutorials, but wanted to ask you first if we are allowed to make any of these to sell. There is a small shop in our little Welsh village I sell pieces in, would I be allowed to use any of your designs?

I'm in tears! I usually like your work and your tuts and I really loved this design but you just stopped dead in your tracks on the second group of base wires that is done upside down! I can't make my brain grasp what you're doing when I'm learning a wrap when I can't see it in detail...

Try rewinding the video to watch and follow along while wrapping the bottom set since it is the same pattern to the end.

Love the look of both bracelets! Lovely work and design! How long is the one in this tut? I cut 8 pieces of 18g/1 mil base wires, but I'm not sure when to stop the woven section. About how many inches do the crossed ends and loops (clasp/hook will vary) add to the overall bracelet? Thank you.

Btw, I like both shiny and antiqued finishes but tend to oxidize the ones I sell. It adds depth and texture to woven designs and makes any further tarnish much slower for both copper and sterling. One more question: How do you get your wires so straight? I use dead soft, but it always has a slight curve no matter how much I straighten and/or work harden. I see your wire comes on spools, also... Which has me perplexed! 😉😌
