CSM Draw String Cast On/Bind Off (On the machine)

This is a method of draw string cast on/bind off for hats and scrubbies or anything you need to have a draw string. Everything is done at the circular sock knitting machine. You can use ravel cord at the beginning after the waste yarn if you choose. I usually do not.
