⏩This video consist of journey of Panvel Fast Local from CSMT (Harbour Line) to Panvel .
Due to COVID-19, Special Fast Locals are running on Harbour Line, from 15th June 2020, only for Essential Workers, which halts only on limited stations (Vadala Road, Kurla, Mankhurd, Vashi, Juinagar, Nerul and Belapur CBD) and skips the remaining stations.
⏩Since I belong from Essential Worker Category and travel daily in Local Train, I got the time to record it
⏩ At present, only Essential Staffs are allowed to board Local trains and Non Essential Workers are strictly prohibited to use, at present, these train services.

At Present, Following Categories of Essential Services Staff are permitted to travel by
Local Trains:
1. All Railway staff including staff of all Railway PSUs (MRVC, IRCTC, etc.) & all who have been issued
authority to travel in Workmen Special.
2. All staff of Mantralaya including staff of Collector Office.
3. Staff of all Municipal Corporation (MCGM, MBMC, VVMC, TMC, KDMC, NMMC, Palghar Municipal
Corporation) including Municipal School teachers & contractual staff engaged by Municipal Corporations.
4. Maharashtra Police including Mumbai Police and GRP.
5. Employees of BEST, MSRTC, MBMT, VVMT, NMMT, TMT, KDMT.
6. All employees of Central Government & employees of Central Government PSUs
7. Defence personnel, employees of Income Tax, GST, Customs, Department of Post, Mumbai Port Trust,
Judiciary and Raj Bhavan.
8. Employees of Nationalised Banks.
9. All Government/Private Hospital staff including all Pathological/Lab testing/Pharma staff.
10. Employees of approved Air craft maintenance and repair organization (MRO).
11. Staff of all the private electricity supply companies’ viz. Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd, Tata Power Company
Ltd etc.
12. Personnel of all Co-Operative Banks and Private Banks.

Jaise Thane-Panvel route mei few regular Fast, Ladies special & A.C locals hai waisa CSMT- Panvel line mei bhi hona mangta hai. Track is not the issue only time management required in harbour line.

Yes..fast local were running on harbour line during lockdown period. First time fast locals were running on harbour line. Now at present they are running Slow.

You can buy Tourist Ticket or 1,3, 5 and 7 days... available for either Ist or IInd Class... Its valid for entire Mumbai Suburban Network Churchgate to Dahanu Road CSMT to Kasara/Khopoli CSMT to Panvel Dahanu to Panvel/Diva/Roha Nerul/Belapur to Kharkopar TransHarbour and Harbour line

Railways can modify the coaches to suit only for Mumbai Sub urban trains. simply remove all seats and allow only standing passengers. the coach can carry more passengers. if require only longitudinal seating of 30cm may be provided.
