Our guest is historian and author of "The President's House," William Seale. He serves as one of the advisers on C-SPAN's "First Ladies: Influence & Image" series. Seale discusses the first half of the series which covered the lives of First Ladies from Martha Washington to Ida McKinley.

Interestingly, all Seale's around the world are related. We were a very small family & we have a colorful history. & all Seale's have the round face, flat chin, dimples, flat ears & hooded eyelids 😅. It's our calling card.
