I have both ring2cage and TopBoxer Win1. I use ring2cage in my sparring videos. I’ve borrowed winnings from a friend at the gym, and Ring2Cage is much closer to Winning design wise, but Win 1s have slightly more (10% more) protection.

One thing to keep in mind is these gloves are reallly tight around the fingers and you will land on your finger joints and not your knuckles.. the lining is a bit rough. Otherwise they are pretty good. Not recommended for big hands or long fingers
@Nat-z5b2x3 ай бұрын
I have the exact opposite experience, other gloves didn't fit right, but ring to cage 18oz and 24oz gloves for HW training has been a lifesaver, they're very long finger, big hands friendly

@IR4ID4IR2 жыл бұрын
I bought these a while back (16oz Velcro yellow) and I loved the gloves but they barley lasted me a month until after each time i used them my right hand would hurt then I noticed that the padding in the right glove (power hand) just moved away from the knuckles or I wore it down that quickly (I am a heavyweight and was doing a lot of bag work at the time) Personally I thought they were great until they weren't maybe I just got a bad pair but it kind of ruined Ring to Cage in my eyes and I will be staying away from the brand as a personal choice in the future and that is probably for the best to just save and spend that extra money to get something you for sure know is top quality no matter what Personally I think the next gloves I want to try are some FLY's but X line since I am not made of money

these are sparring gloves not bag gloves. heavyweights should go at least 18oz
@johnnyg1229 Жыл бұрын
Maybe you can still get a refund or store credit? In any case I appreciate your review, I'm a heavyweight and protecting my hands is important to me since I foolishly used cheap gloves for a few months on the bag and messed my hands up. Now my hands are sensitive. Combat Corner HMIT are great, and they protect my hand well. I also have Yokkao's but I still get aches in my wrists with the Yokkaos. Think I might buy a bag glove so I don't wear out the Combat Corners too early
@IR4ID4IR Жыл бұрын
@@johnnyg1229 No problem and I never heard of Combat corner I will have to check them out but I just got a pair of black lace up Cleto Reyes 16oz but came in just under 18oz but I don't even mind idk if you have any experience with Hayabusa but I got a pair of T3's about a year ago (all black 16oz) and I have a love hate relationship with them because I like the double velcro until you do some class drills where they want you to take your gloves on and off and I love how you feel nothing when you hit the bag in terms of protection but I also dislike the fact you feel nothing and they have no pop because it's like you're throwing two bricks that incase your hands
