i think there's an important issue with izzy's assistance event . 1. only being able to use a car once takes away the point of the event and 2. since we know that the last race for every lock in is challenging and requires decent upgrades problem is if you don't finish it you can't reuse the same car again and even worse you cant strip it . because its "locked in " the event since you haven't finished all the races .. i think this needs to be fixed support doesn't really understand the situation when i try to explain

Hi Mille, I thought my game was completely broke three days ago. I was able to login to the game, but I couldn't do anything. I couldn't tune or upgrade any cars. I couldn't go race, I couldn't buy any cars. But I could go into the gold/cash shop. After a day of not being able to play (and receiving only auto responses from NM), I figured it out. The car that I last raced was the Audi RS5, one of the new elite sports cars. I tapped over to Ashleigh's Mercedes (in the same garage), and that instantly fixed my issues. However, when I go back to the RS5, I'm unable to click anything else once again. Which sucks, because I can't upgrade or tune the car for this week's showdown. Really fustrating. Also, in the 6 car view, after hitting the six dots, the thumbnail for the RS5 is missing while all of the other cars in my garage have one. Lastly, love your videos, Mille. Cheers.

I had lost various daily battle with random rewards (bronze/silver keys, fusions, cash, etc), also the reward for complete all goals (silver keys, gold, S6, etc), without considering all gas lost for the crash and the RP not obtained due the crashes too. The increase of drop rate wasn’t applied too, many in my crew took till loyalty to get the car, not only the Prestige but the golden keys too.

The Bugatti events were Perfect examples of what a set of special events should look like. Easy for the 1st few and then the difficulty included each event. NM and Zynga should've paid more attention to the feedback from the events survey they did after the Bugatti 110ans and BoB events.

Since the Unicorns were going to become not rare anymore they could of at least set one of them for gold price, rather than having to pull all of them through gold keys only, kind of unfair to players who have none of the P1, LaFi and 918.

The rewards of the prestige cup ladder are not been received at least since march 2020. The rewards of the ladders of golden cups, showdowns or flash cups work fine though. Thanks for your continues help for the community 😃

Hi Mille, i think there's something wrong with the 20x drop rate on gold crates! Last season i have to open 10 crates for the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport. This season 7 crates for the P1 and 7 for the La Ferrari: that means 240 gold keys for two events. Several month of hard racing for collect those keys and they are gone in 2 events. I think that the 20x chance is a fake and we get only a few gold keys per season. And like you often say in your video, there are not enough green tokens for elite cars. Thanks for your work..and keep racing :D

Wouldn’t hold my breath on that one. After the Pagani event I couldn’t see any of my crew for three months. After I could see my crew, I’m the only active player. Nothing from the CSR crew to apologize.

Hey @Mille CSR2, please, do you know something about the lag on 1st gear shifting on the fastest cars? Most of times my "lightning fast gear change cars" like F1, P1, Huracan and others simply stuck on 1st to 2nd gear changing... This way i lose half second or more in the races...

Hello Mike, I really appreciate your videos and has been helpful. But the trouble I have is that I never get the required cars from golden crates, I only get 3* cars which I can easily get in the dealership via in-game cash. Also for the upgrade crates for prestige cars, I never get the required parts to upgrade so that I can win those events specified for the prestige car. I always end up with having just green parts, and repetitive stage 6 parts. (You won't believe I got same stage 6 part for a car 3 times). I need your help

Hey mille, I bugged the crap out of them everyday asking them to be transparent and provide updates and eta on the fix. Not to knock nm but alot of games give updates on fixes. I just think it's just best practices for good communication. I hope they do posts like that going forward with game issues. People have been getting the loyalty crate cars in their inbox that didn't get them. Only other issue is crashing when clicking on inventory or tune but It's not every time but often.

My game chrashed 10 times within a minute and plenty of times i would get a black screen instead of the race loading screen or worse, where the race would start but my screen would still remain black. About live races, they don't work at all for me unless i'm on mobile data which is funny because my Wi-Fi speeds are faster than my LTE. I guess all i'm left with is Showdown. (quite a frustrating Android experience)

yea didn't want to try this event, i guess i'm not too far along yet in the game. Had to hold off. No way i had the cash to upgrade these cars , or the gold keys for that matter haha. Hopefully some events i can play in the future! Although, the fast and the furious event from last month or whenever it was left a horrible taste in my mouth. I spent a boatload of real money on crates trying to get cars upgraded, because i was already invested, only to lose the event and not get the Jetta anyway!! I was so pissed

In my opinion in the next big update NM should Redo the Entire Garage System along with the Stage 6 and Fusion categories. I hate swiping through 10 garages and Also finding out which cars/brands I have the most Stage 6 or Fusion Parts for becuase I just need Tempest 3 trials for my T5. I can beat 1,2,3,4 easily but my entire focus is to find cars I have in T4/5 which have the most Stage 6 which is a pain

Hello Mille, I have had serious issues with the game since 2.12 update. I cannot enter nor complete a race without the game crashing. This has been the case since the 23rd. Please pass along to the developers. The only response I get get are standard copy and paste from them. They blame me for the problems, it seems. I have 3 others on my crew with the same issue. We all have Samsung S10 + or Note 10 +. I have reached out to the developers both in game and through their website. I can provide more details through line, if you still have your account.

For me this event was not good only had 1 of the cars being the milestone 918 and at rank 289 ive never pulled a laf and had to pull for the p1 as this was the 1st lock in. I feel they need to sort out the crates as using gold keys its very wrong of nm to give t1 cars out on a gold key crate also mille tha ks for your videos as they do help me out quite a bit

1. Dude how do you have so many gold and keys 2. Why does naturalmotion make us pay for the cars in most of the events with real money or gold it is like pay to have fun type of thing. So atleast make it so we can buy the cars with in game cash even if i have to grind out in game cash i will as long as i can actually participate in the full event and have fun
