Hi, after which izzy's challenge does this tuner pit 5 get unlocked? I am not seeing this challenge for me, but i have got the 720s elite tuners car...i dont know when i got it

I've read all others needed to be completed first. I've completed all elite so can't comment conclusively if those who haven't don't see the new ones though.

Just need to be Lvl 40+. This one is slightly different from the regular ones. It's open to all. Can think of it like an event
