I feel there could have been more to his answer, considering his preparation for CSS, for which he would've spared all the time in the world cause I being an audience and unrelated field expert, I still would've made sure my perceptions were spoken out much more freely rather than holding back on few, that's what I felt. Confidence is great, hope he succeeds in life.

Sometimes candidate miss the plot or basic core things and try to explain on a mass levels..... This candidate English is good but bear in mind this is not English language test but intellectual , critical and analytical approach towards the concerned issues and problems at basic to mass levels

Yes...but having a flawless English accent certainly helps, since this is, after all, an in-person interview. Else we could just have a written exam and be done with the charade. Point is - our colonial mentality almost always ends up giving the edge to individuals who have a greater command of English.

Ma'am asked about the difference between Rhetoric and Policy, he started saying that "a lot of time we .." 19:50. Slipped a little bit. One thing I have noticed that if the interviewee takes it in the wrong direction these interviewers do not dig him further. In fact, most often, the panelists always stick to that point which interviewee has said it wrong.

He should have told in last question about relationship and support of French people to American in war of independence which ultimately inspired them because they took the values and the learned lessons back to their country that ignited the revolution therein after helping the American. And why French helped Americans? Because they want to take revenge of what Great Britain had done with them during the settlement in the west America.

He's really good and confident. May Allah help him. But not answering about 18th Amendment where Federal lost the power and Provinces got empowered. Where President lost the power and Prime Minister got all the powers and right to be elected is something which matters the most. But he's far better, and I learnt a lot from him..
