It happens. It is normal. Keep practicing. If you make yourself habitual of writing for 6 hours in a day, you'll not be stressed during the exam. I used to take a painkiller at night and massage my hand, arm and shoulder so that I am able to write the next day.

Start reading the Express Tribune newspaper. It has an easier vocabulary. You will start developing interest in current affairs. After a couple of months, read the syllabus of CSS Pakistan Affairs and Current Affairs and then try to read those news that go with your CSS syllabus. Remember, correct English is the key to passing CSS exam specially Essay, so if you make grammatical mistakes while writing, work on them on priority.
