If people think they can earn a lot by opting CSS, they are wrong then. It of course contain perks and benefits same like an officer should have. What more can expect from a 17 or 18 grade officer? to earn A LOT? No 70k-140k salary, still a middle class. if you see someone is earning a lot remaining in that position, you should check him/her out because the hands are black for sure...

Stipend is very good. CA and ACCA gets merely 12,500 to 15,000 per month. Mine last stipend was 12,500 when i was doing it which is roughly still the same in Pakistan and you have to stuck with it for 3 years.

My fv topic: I started preparing back in 2020's. Than events unfolded and i realized a couple of things. CSS lures from a distance. I have seen a 17 grade nutritionist in my village who is working in health department with Sociology degree and getting paid 192k per month and literally enjoying a Royal life without any stress. But if you ever cross the bridge of css by luck you hand yourself over to a more stressed environment with AUTOMATIC CONTROLS. That 4×4 dala and swag thing aside your personal freedom dosent exist in bureaucracy if you are from a non BUREAUCRATIC FAMILY OR A NON TRADITIONAL - AFFLUENT OR WEALTHY FAMILY.

Victim mentality will get you nowhere. "Achi university Nahi parhay" is a lame excuse. You have history's most powerful resource of learning i e the internet. Use it wisely for learning so you can compensate for lack of a "good" formal education Also, people who are desperate to uplift their economic condition or enhance status and accumulate power are not ideal candidates for CSS. Such circumstances only render corrupt bureaucrats

@@Syedzadii382 your view is far from reality. First of all if you have a modern smartphone, internet, roof over your head, food on the table and an education, you're not poor in Pakistan. Actual poverty is way worse Secondly, if your economic condition is not good CSS is not a feasible option for you. It consumes multiple years from your life with little chance of passing for most. And after you fail you're already in your late twenties with no idea where to go from there. CSS will not improve your finances. If you're from the lower middle class you will remain in that economic class because the salary is peanuts. Unless you wanna compromise your ethics, which to be frank, most do. Not worth it unless you have an exceptional academic track record or possess a very high intellect coupled with a great work ethic. Learn something useful instead
