position:relative; --> ye use hote hain jab aap ko kise element ke uske actual position ke relative position karna hain or sath hi page ka order bhi nahi change karna hain so if you want an element to come over other without breaking the flow of the page then you can use position relative. position: absolute; --> 1. ye position apne first non static positioned parent ke relation me position hota hain ...to agar tumhre pass ko div hain ho relatively positioned hain or uske aandhar or div hain to tum aandhar vale div yani child element ko parent ke relative position kar sakte ho . 2.if there is no non static parent then the element will be positioned with relation to the html . 3.position absolute takes the element out of the normal page flow........
