Mr. Akhtar Rana, I respect your hard work and credibility. I listened to each word very carefully till the time you replied the question about perks and benefits of CSS officers. I have seen lots of interviews of intellectual people. I noticed, they address to the questions fairly and clearly rather than imposing their own point of view (the way Mr. Rana you did). In my point of view and quite sure about the people who clicked this youtube video because of the thumbnail title want to know every minute detail associated with Salary, Perks, Benefits etc., or can is it something that you are afraid and ashamed to share.

To all those commenting that css is all about English, its not. You'll have to pick optionals from a vast range of courses. Those courses will definitely help you as brain enhancers. I'm from medical background and I've picked courses like criminology and town planning as well as political science. All of these courses gives you insight on how a system actually works. I'll be reiterating here that you're responsible for the courses you pick. Coming to the narrative of English it is mandatory yes but there are subjects on regional languages as well.

You should know about each and everything, what is proper word in the English which can be used to speak or say in your own sentence to satisfy someone. If you don't know about anything the English of the thing , search the proper word in the english lexicon or grammar books.

1) Quota is fr disabled or on basis of province. 2) What is the percentage of successful candidates who can qualify purely on merits.Say if there are total 100 vacancies in CSS how many can qualify purely on merit. 3) Is there any minimum standard grades to become CSS. Some one with rural sind domicile can get admission in medical college of Krachi with 48% marks where as fr Karachi or hyderabad domicile holder even 78% are not enough to get into medical college. What is the level of practicing of discrimination in CSS?

All Europeon countries use their own national languages & made lot of progress, Germany's example is infront of us. They use their own language too. Why english imposed to Pakistani people? So, Use our urdu language. Impose urdu to Pakistani people.

Germany, France, Holland, Sweden countries examples infront of u. They fuck English language and use their languages for every work and made lot of progress. Thats good and cheer up for CSS officers. But in reality 1 or 2% officers are doing their job honestly. Most of the time css officers go in wrong way , adopt corruption related means of earning.and these officers don't bother about security, safety and care of common man. And get fail in inflation control as well as crime control. These are my questions why after getting so much perks and privileges these officer don't perform their duties honestly?

CSS officials are shamefully less paid.Only PSP and PAS:Two groups are paid enough.Others get salary almost 60k with no house and vehicle...So, monetarily CSS is not much attractive unless you are selected in PAS or PSP. It is a game of the rich.So,if a middle class student,go for another field if you don't want to live hand to mouth.
