Dear Sir Umer Riaz Sahib, I have been doing a job in government department and I am receiving a handsome salary package of about one lac..but main problem is that I have signed a bond of seven years and I don't know how to get NOC for CSS Exams??What should I do if department does not provide NOC for CSS Exams????Should I resign now and focus on CSS Exams only???Please reply me as I am much confused about NOC issue as department is not providing NOC to anyone for any job...but getting a good job is my constitutional right...so please please reply me??????

Hello sir! Actually those belonging to the remote areas, where no facilities are in hand. Even a person willing to prepare for the CSS won't be able to find the books. if books are received by chance, then no guidance is available. However, essay and rest of writing need to be checked by a qualified ones, but haplessly there is no one. Kindly suggest, what strategy should be possessed in such situation, where, we are willing to come and compete in the examination. but, due to such hardships we cannot. I am from poor Baluchistan. kindly guide. be thankful to you.

Start from english newspaper.. Read different topics so u will have different variety word for different topics... Eg. Economy, politics, international relations, biographies, interviews etc. Also read english novels. This will help u to enhance eng vocab.. Also make notes of English vocabulary every day... And read it aloud daily... Also practice on paper... Save in mob so u can read it in free time. And do writing practice too. This way it be retain in your memory for long time. I hope this will help u.
