I have completed this lecture too. Now I understand what do we mean by Internal, External and Inline CSS. First preference is inline CSS for the browsers after that Internal and External CSS comes to role. Whichever CSS is written below, the browser will take its side and render it with the Markup.

I specified only color in tut13.css (external css) and specified both color and background color in tut13.html (internal css). I then ordered css as internal css (style tag) followed by external css (link tag to .css). I observed that background-color from internal css and color from external css was applied to the element. Therefore, css attributes are applied in-order and if an attribute is not overridden, it continues to adhere to its originally set value.
