CST Tutorial: Design of a Radial Stub (Complicated)

May I ask if there exists a rule that another microstrip line cannot be too close to the arc of the radial stub? If so could you please advice the keep out distance. Thanks

You can use a sphere and a solid cone on top of sphere and join these two objects. It will look like a tear drop
