I've learned that for a lot of physical movements, it's difficult to do something new (especially if it's physically taxing) because the body gets comfortable in doing something safe. I feel like for a lot of these moves, keep the technique in mind and throw the fear away. You gotta trust yourself enough to lead your body with your mind.

Excellent tutorial. However, best to learn on a floor with padding, i.e. Gymnastics area etc knowing that padding is there if and when you fall helps you to relax more

Its better to learn without it, your body needs to be used to it cus in bboy battles you dont get any padding

With any move you just got to practice it everyday god damn day till you get it. Your body will learn it and your muscles will adapt to be able to move that way. Practicing your self will allow you body to know what's wrong and what's right and will adjust to it. You can watch all the videos you want but won't help till you practice it. Do it how you learned windmills. Airflares are harder so you gotta be more consistent
@ACupCakeOnEarth8 жыл бұрын
lol no. just no. youll never get a move down if you practice all the time, but keep making the same mistake over and over again. with powermoves its about flexibility, getting down the technique and correcting your form. you dont just magically get a move down by practicing it everyday without careful analysis first.

reason he did okay 1st time and could not do it second time and after is because his body was away from shoulders. this mistake can happen very fast in a split second and it is biggest reason why 99% beggners fall without understanding what happened. if it feels like you give your 100% but you still cannot land properly its because of that, if you are aware of this mistake and intentionally wont let your body go outside of your shoulder you will be surprised how easy it is to land
