Mac and cheese is a version which is popular in French Alps, Austrian and South Germany ......and yes a staple in US. But in no way Italian . An Italian will die if you put cream in pasta

the vid is fine, but, omfg the pronunciations are a disaster. pretty much every singe pronunciation was messed up. also the cheese wheel pasta looks dry af, and 'broken'.
