Wow...I don't even know where to begin. As an old school installer, I remember grainy VHS demo tapes of guys with mullets pointing out their tricks of the trade but the full set of videos would only be available if you traveled to their facility in Arizona. Having this information for FREE would have totally changed my career path - I'd probably be sitting on a yacht in the Bahamas and not in my home office watching KZbin videos and commenting about how life sucks.

I wish I had all the tools he has when I built my box!!! I had to use the crappiest table saw EVER!!! It made the MDF pieces not the same size so I had to do a ton of sanding to make the edges even and even after that it still wasn't perfect. It sounds good but next time it will be done correct. Your enclosure is beautiful though!!!

+ Alex Lipo Having tools or NOT having tools is an indicator of whether or not you're the type of person that likes to build things. If having tools is not enough of a priority then building things is also not a priority. It's a self fulfilling prophecy.

Holes are never added until I know where the amplifier will be in relation to the box so that the wires can be as short as possible.

el refuerzo interno no es mejor hacerlo con madera de 2"x 1"en forma de marco, para no desperdiciar MDF ( internal reinforcement is not best done with 2 "x 1" frame wood; not to waste MDF (translation done with google))

нельзя пилить полотно на 3 детали по двум линиям - в линию чуть не попал и соседние детали имеют разные размеры , что и видно по щелям при сборке. угловые соединения учитывались при расчете обьема? нельзя заворачивать карпет во внутрь порта фазоинвертора.

Why is the port so long and wide? This calculates out as totally unsuited to this box size and driver. A circular port about 3.5" diameter, and no longer than the thickness of the front panel is what is called for here. Mind you, the driver is very strange, with only 29 litres of VAS it is barely worth giving it any size of box.
