Cool seat! Cool build.. I attached a 650 interceptor seat, looked goofy but was comfortable. I lost the use of the rack, so I added a flange that moved the seat back and up a few inches to sit on the edge of the rack.. got another goofy award, so I'm still searching.

Nice man I’ve done a 212 4 valve into a cat 110 I went with a black white and chrome purple look and it’s basically all original besides, the engine exhaust and handlers i’ve basically gotten it all together but yeah wiring gonna be biggest prick there’s this wiring harness kit on eBay comes with everything lights blinkers speedometer I’m just gonna work around that and try make that work if anyone wants to see my build I have it in my shorts

Should have got rid off the hideous rear fender though I’m doing a custom ct110 my self having so many issues but I’ve literally restore the bike from nothing restored, polished sanded, re-spray-painted, every single part on the bike and I’ve got a zs190 with a 4valve Daytona 212cc big bore head the thing cost me more then the project posties 😂 anyways my point is I’m struggling so hard with wiring I’ve got it all to surprisingly fit very tight except for the original pegs but yeah I know I’m gonna run into more dramas in the process off waiting tot parts to rebuild the rear wheel and waiting on new front forks and wiring loom and and then the nightmare begging 😂 how’d you go with rego ??

Hey mate, I'm trying to put a 140cc lifan into a ct110, I can't for the life of me get the fucking top bolt hole to line up seems like the oil breather is hitting the frame. I've tried everything to get it to line up. No one online mentions having this issue so I'm stumped.

I sanded the paint off with 240 grit, then 400, then 800 etc, then polished it!

Hey i just moved to QLD and putting in a shitty 125 lifan motor in my postie, its not rego'ed atm, was in NSW Can i just slap the 125 in it and get it rwc'ed in QLD easily?
