Hypocrite. His buildings are incredibly wasteful and not environmentally friendly at all 2:20.

He needs an interpreter. It is not the accent but the fact that he cannot pronounce most words. He can't build sentences that make sense either.

Architecture is a field wherein the language is just drawings. He will eventually find out someone to assist him in his linguistic skills.
