any academy should not be like a 18yoa at military boot camp. sounds nice, maybe even socially romantic...it is not. should hire 35-45yoa..especially retired military, minimal undergraduate degree. they have the maturity, knowledge and experience the public and state needs. most retired military would not do this and IFthey did the count/state only gets 10-15yrs service from them. so the answer: adult romper room like this. 90%+ of these "recruits" once they graduated IF they went up against a hardened felon, would fold and collapse. then on the road and OT, money and coffee shops. now these 23yoa's in this show will be out on the road writing you a ticket because you "done" bad. comical. a PR video on the tax payers time and dime.
