0:58 Apply the glue inside the collet
1:20 Apply the glue around the rod
2:22 Compressing the spring with the clamp
3:41 After 24 hours, remove excess adhesive
4:26 Insert the rotating rod
4:58 Assembling the piston with the oil windows with the curtain mechanism
7:22 Align the center slot for the ball with the socket for the spring (position “TRAIL”)
7:42 Apply the glue to the tip of the spring
8:02 Insert the ball and the spring to the spring socket*
*Don't rotate the rod before glued completely
**Replace on new the rubber rings (oil seals) before insert the CTD valve inside the damper
