You can exploit this trick further: Instead of making froggy, hold down the break and down in the D-Pad while zigzagging *IN* the Turbo-Pad. Not only you'll be enjoying the Speedghost it makes but also take the big speed addition due to the Super Turbo-Pad. Don't forget to zigzag. It's very hard and a pain on the ass to master, but the reward is worth it… you'll get 1st forever in Electron Avenue

How to spam jumps without getting boost? I can't, I always get the boost after first jump with sg because that part of the track is inclined and this jump is always high and I don't hold R1

Try do first jump < 0.5sec after landing

There is a thing called "perfect frame jump" you need to jump the fastest possibly after a big jump.
