Good morning Thank you for the message. Regarding the SD card, what size card did you use (max 64gb)? and is it at least cat10? You should also see if you have the option to format the sd card in the application. Hope this help you :)

Yes I figured it out, you have to make the camera link to your wifi thru its settings once you enter your wifi password, it should show the camera as online and your device will be disconnected from the camera but still work, then head to the action with alarm and enable it, just need to test run it see if the notifications actually work

Bonjour Vous pouvez essayez de voir si votre wifi est en 2.4ghz ou en 5ghz (la camera ne prend que le 2.4) Sinon, il faut que votre téléphone soit sur le même réseau wifi quand vous paramétrez la caméra. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, vous pouvez essayer de réinitialiser la caméra en mode usine et recommancer l'appairage. Bonne journée Tof..
