A lockpick is a device that you can install in your vehicle that tricks it into thinking the vehicle is in park when you are moving. That way you can use your navigation, video playback, and any other motion restricted features when your moving. You can google lockpick for year make model of your vehicle and you should be able to find several places to buy. They range from about $130-$500.

does the lock pick also allow for video playback from the aux input? for example if I where to install a back up camera and run it to the aux input.

You can google lockpick for year make model of your vehicle and you should be able to find several places to buy. You should be able to find one much cheaper than 500. The cheapest I have found for my 2010 Cadillac SRX is $140.
