Hey Feshhkicks! I want to do a 18 inch wheel setup on my g80 but ive heard that the lack of barrel clearance can cause pebbles to get stuck between the caliper and the wheel and score the inside. Have you had that happen at all with your g82? I like the ride comfort and light weight benefit of the size so I am highly considering it. Just worried about the caliper clearance issue. I want to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

I have about 8mm of clearance with my 18” around the entire caliper. I won’t have those kind of issues. These wheels were designed for g8x so I can’t speak for others. RPF1 18” scrapped some of my caliper on my BBK z set up so depends on the style wheel as well

But just be careful while driving hard through those narrow corners man one quick slide and it can all be over..
