Nah. Quebec and the Bloc don't want separation. Their entire game is based on leverage. Not even Bloc voters want to separate. They just know that in situations like this, they can get whatever they want. If we had a strong government, they'd throw their middle finger at the Bloc, but we don't have a strong government, so here we are. I will say though, that if you thought the Liberal poll numbers couldn't get any worse, wait until they enter an agreement with the Bloc!
