If a person fails for 5 times and finally make it in his/her 6th attempt, then that's actually called rising like a phoenix after learning from your failures.

please try to take interviews of upsc Indian statistical services (ISS)also , its also an exam conducted by upsc and most of the people don't know about it and the students who are preparing for it get limited sources and exposure . if you will take any interview then it will be very helpful for the aspirants . I request unacademy that please bring some courses and test series for UPSC ISS also .
